COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

In an effort to better protect the public and Research Center staff from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Research Center of the Utah State Archives and Utah State History will be closed to walk-in traffic, effective March 18, until further notice.

Staff will continue to be available to respond to requests for records and information by phone and email. We will announce any changes to the situation as they arise.

Email:  historyresearch@utah.gov

Phone:  (801) 531-3847

Update: Research Center staff are working remotely due to the March 18th earthquake. Since we do not have access to the research center phones, the best way to contact us is through email.
