Welcome To The Utah Pin Quest – History That Sticks With You

Take a piece of Utah history home with you by collecting all 10 pin designs from partner locations across the state. The Utah Pin Quest is a fun incentive to explore some of Utah’s cultural spaces and discover new stories you might not have heard before. Each of the state’s museums, visitor centers, state parks, and historic sites help bring Utah’s story to life. We invite you to celebrate that with us by visiting a few new places or old favorites this summer and picking up a free collectible pin while supplies last. Download the digital brochure here.

  • The Utah Pin Quest begins July 7
  • Visit one of our 33 partner locations statewide (listed below) to pick up your free one-of-a-kind pin
  • Pins are first come, first served
  • Each partner location will have signage (example to the left) indicating they are a pickup site
  • Each partner location will only have one pin design, so you will need to travel to complete your set
  • Parter locations are based in 20 counties across Utah, increasing the opportunity for statewide participation

Loving The Utah Pin Quest? You will have even more ways to explore Utah’s history when the Museum of Utah opens in summer 2026 on the Utah Capitol Complex. As Utah’s first dedicated state history museum, the Museum of Utah will celebrate our unique history, culture, and art through world class exhibits, programming, and community spaces. The Museum of Utah will serve as a trailhead to other cultural experiences, encouraging statewide heritage tourism to learn more about the topics and themes introduced within our galleries.
