A privately held, woman-owned small business that was established in 1997 to serve the cultural resource needs of government and private clients in the Great Basin and Southwestern U.S.

Proven Experience

HRA’s team of archaeologists & historians provides all aspects of cultural resource services including archaeological inventories, resource evaluations, test excavations, data recovery, & stabilization.

Fully Permitted

We are permitted to conduct archaeological investigations on Bureau of Land Management, Forest Service, and state lands throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. HRA serves clients from its Las Vegas, Nevada and Tucson, Arizona offices.

106 Compliance

HRA’s staff is fully familiar with state and federal policies and procedures, including those related to NEPA and federal Section 106 Compliance. HRA also has experience investigating ARPA violations.
