			<p>The collection is a photographic exhibit of Latino history in Utah by Armando
				Solorzano. The themes of the exhibit include Aztec history in Utah, Latino
				settlements in southeastern Utah, Latino miners, railroad workers, and migrant
				workers. It also includes Latino religious practices, political influences in Utah.
				The photographs were framed with descriptions and the exhibit was showcased
				throughout Utah from 2002-2004. Solorzano collected the photographs from
				individuals, families, friends, and Utah State Historical Society archives.
				Solorzano’s 2014 publication <title render="italic">Recuerdo, Celebracion,
					Esperanza: We Remember, We Celebrate, We Believe: Latinos in Utah</title> is
				based on the exhibit.</p>
