Ab Jenkins was born in 1883 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Interested in racing at an early age he went on to hold several auto distance speed records. He was a carpenter, mason, and active in the building contract business. He also served as mayor of Salt Lake City from 1940 to 1944.
Collection includes photocopies of scrapbooks and photo albums, negatives of photographs in scrapbooks and photograph albums with proof sheets and four videos covering events in Jenkins life from 1933-1956.
