Visit with Respect Ambassador Training

March 13, 2020 - March 15, 2020

Protect Cultural Sites by becoming a Visit With Respect Ambassador!
Ambassadors are crucial in the effort to protect archeological sites from unintended damage from well-meaning but uninformed visitors. They do so by engaging in friendly interactions that educate the casual visitor how to Visit With Respect. Join Friends of Cedar Mesa for their annual spring training in Bluff March 14-15 to learn archeological context and effective communication techniques. The weekend format allows for extra time in the field, getting to know other ambassadors, and practicing your new skills. Training is free. Please contact Ryan Pelizzoni at ryan@cedarmesafriends.org to register or for more information.
