Member Month: Taste of Kanab Walking Tour

Join us for an enlightening and delicious walking tour of Kanab as we explore how different cultures have shaped foodways in Kanab through time. Our first stop is the Kanab Center, where we’ll sample traditional Paiute foods before heading to the Kanab Heritage House to enjoy pioneer staples. Next we’ll head over to the Parry Lodge and dig into foods popular amongst the stars of Little Hollywood. The tour ends back at the Kanab Center where we’ll have contemporary Utah favorites. Along the way, guest speakers at each stop will share stories of history, culture, and the people behind the foods you’ll enjoy.
