Book Night, “Citizen 13660” at Smithfield Public Library

Through striking illustrations and personal narrative, Okubo chronicled her experience as a Japanese American woman relocated to the Topaz incarceration camp near Delta, Utah, in this graphic novel. Get your copy through your local library. All are welcome for a lively and thoughtful discussion about Utah women’s history.
