Since 1989 we have worked with many partners to develop Utah's heritage into an economic development and quality of life engine. The toolkit began soon after with research performed by John Sem, Western Entrepeneurial Network, University of Colorado. Assistance was also provided by Great Outdoors Colorado and the Regional U.S. Forest Service Office, Ogden, Utah. This toolkit is not a copyrighted work. We are very open to new ideas and hope you will feel free to add any Heritage Tourism tool(s) that will assist others in developing, managing, and protecting their heritage resources.
