			<head>Biographical Note</head>
			<p>Erroll W. Miller was born June 20, 1909 in Salt Lake City to William H. and Hannah
				Mathison Miller (Skinner). In Soda Springs, Idaho, he is known as Erroll Skinner. He
				married Rowena Johnson, December 21, 1934. Miller was a graduate of the Julliard
				School of Music, Mann School of Music, both in New York City. He was the past dean
				of the American Guild of Organists, Utah Chapter. In 1940 he became the organist in
				the First Church of Christ Scientist Miller was an assistant conductor of the Queens
				Symphony Orchestra, Liahona Male Chorus, Brooklyn, New York. Miller also was the
				organist for the Salt Lake Philharmonic Choir, Norwegian Chorus, Broadway
				Presbyterian Church, Temple B'Nai Ecohan. He performed weekly radio organ recitals
				in New York City. He later was the musical director of the Holy Trinity Greek
				Orthodox Church, St. Ann's Catholic Church, both in Salt Lake City, Utah.</p>
