		  Soviet Union went into effect. In July, a small cadre of Soviet on-site
		  inspectors arrived in Salt Lake City to begin their activities as continuous
		  portal monitors of the Hercules Rocket Motor Plant at Magna, Utah. The
		  Soviet/Russian inspectors were invited to participate in many educational,
		  civic, and social events. The collection contains correspondence files relating
		  to the civic and social activities of the Russian inspectors at Magna, Utah
		  from 1988-1992 as well as a history of the INF Treaty and its
		  implications.</abstract>
