		  University of Michigan law school, married Mary Foster and eventually settled
		  in Eureka, Utah where he served as Juab county attorney for nine terms and as
		  mayor from 1924-1928. He also had entensive mining interests in the Tintic
		  area. The collection contains biographical information, diaries, materials
		  related to his law practice, materials related to his mining ventures,
