		  Advisory Committee, secretary of UARC and chairman of auditing committee for
		  Utah State Training School ARC. He spend five years as a member of the National
		  Association of Retarded Children Board and was secretary for two years. He
		  received the NARC President's award for meritorious service. Contains minutes
		  for the Children's Benevolent League of Utah, Utah Association for Retarded
		  Children, Utah Association and State Training Association for Retarded
		  Children, and National Association for Retarded Children.</abstract>
