		  <p>Hugh F. O'Neil was a long-time Ogden resident who worked for the
			 Southern Pacific Railroad, then became an author and editor for the Works
			 Progress Administration's Historical Records Survey and Writers Project. O'Neil
			 ran several of J. Bracken Lee's political campaigns in Weber County. He was
			 also a member of the Knights of Columbus. The collection contains documentation
			 of most of these aspects of his career.</p>
